Current Schedule

The below schedule shows where we’ll be running this month and the type of training that will be covered in each session. If you would like to join us to ‘try before you buy’, please Contact Us to let us know.

  • Mondays: 7pm start time at the named meeting point. 30 minute session for speed training. Please arrive warmed up and ready to run.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6.30pm start time (unless indicated otherwise) at the named meeting point. 1 hour session, varied focus and terrain. Warm up and cool down included.

All Wee County Harriers training sessions are led by qualified coaches, with first aid provision.
