Join the Wee County Harriers for a 12-week ‘Couch to 10K’ programme, starting on Monday 23rd March!
Our training programme is designed for beginners, and anyone who feels they’d benefit from a structured approach to running. You will be running from day one, gradually building up your fitness and endurance, under the guidance of our qualified coaches.
Please note that this programme is available to over 18s only. It is free of charge, but places are limited so they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand is exceptionally high, we will operate a waiting list.
