Following the recent announcement about lockdown rules being eased, we can reveal that there will now be a weekly IN PERSON session on a Monday evening!!!
We are delighted to announce this year’s Wee County Harriers Couch to 10K. This program is designed for beginners and anyone wanting to get back to running. The 10K distance has been chosen because that’s what a normal club training session covers, so once you complete the program you will be perfectly prepared to join the main club sessions!
Starting Monday 15th March 2021 and running for 12 weeks. You will be running from day one, three times per week, gradually building up your fitness and endurance. You can run the sessions at any time, according to your own schedule.
Our qualified UK Athletics coaches will guide you through the program and support you along the way. There will be a dedicated Facebook group for support and encouragement and, as a member of WCH, you will also have access to the member’s Facebook group.
