Richard O’Grady is a member of WCH who has been running since he was 19, which is over 44 years. He is a qualified UK Athletics Level 2 Coach in Running Fitness and a WCH Coach.

Over the last 2 years he’s been struggling with an achilles injury which has meant less running time. He’s used the opportunity to get some thoughts down on paper to share with members.
