MIRL – Stewards Enquiry result (and outright winner)
After a Steward Enquiry was held into the previously posted results for the Most Improved Runner an objection was put in that some members hadn’t had the points for races where they had PBs, included in that number was big Scott Wilson.
The net result was that the objection was upheld and Scott was awarded another 2 points, for the Perth and Stirling 10Ks. This gives him a total of 8 points and makes him the outright winner of the Most Improved Runner League for 2015.
Others awarded points that were missing were – David McNeil, 1pt for the Brig Bash; David Surtees, 1pt for the Brig Bash; and Ian Hossack, 1pt for the Brig Bash.
