Basic Core Strength Routine – PDF and Video

A Basic Core Strength routine has been added to the Website in the Training Section. There is a PDF file that can be downloaded and a corresponding video you can view that provides detailed instructions on how to perform these exercises.

These exercises, if performed regularly, should benefit you in terms of performance but just as importantly they help prevent injuries.

They’re a good introduction to core strength training for runners.
