1. Speed endurance – Pyramid Session: 1/2/3/4/5/4/3/2/1 minutes, 1 minute recoveries. 2 minute recovery after 5 minute rep (David and Donna);

2. Steady Run for those doing Strathearn Marathon (Derek and George)
